Normally we will provide free shipping by DHL, but we will also send by the other carriers for free shipping in different cases, they are UPS/EMS/Fedex etc.
Tip1: Your shipping area is remote location for DHL. You could find out if your area is remote area or not on DHL the website: raslist.dhl.com/jsp/first.jsp
Tip 2: DHL or Fedex cannot reach to Russia but EMS or Post Or J-Net.
If your address is remote area for DHL or Fedex , you should add extra shipping fees for DHL/ UPS/EMS/Fedex etc, otherwise we will choose EMS or post mail shipping for free.
About customs, we will declare item as "TV Box" or "CLOUD TERMINAL" with lower value $50-150 on the invoice/bill to help avoid custom duty. If the parcel get strict inspected by custom. You still need to pay tax to clear custom. We won’t bear the customs taxes. The cost of return or lost parcel would be on customer due to reject customs clearance.
If you choose DHL, Fedex ect Express, not include remote dispatching cost, custom duty, or any commission charged by dhl for custom clearance or warehouse storage cost.
